We take fresh navel oranges, slice them by hand, slow smoke over hickory, then finish them in the oven until they snap. What you get is a crisp with flavor, actual depth — smoky orange citrus up front, sweet notes of maple sugar throughout, and a satisfying crunch that doesn't quit. No artificial anything. Just oranges, smoke, a few natural ingredients and plenty of patience.
